egzon's question:
Can someone tell me a good, cheap place to have an Italian traditional meal in Ferrara?(give a different answer) .
I can recommend you a restaurant that opens only for dinner. I remember I frequented this place funny named Woodpecker. It is a pizzeria located on Via Saraceno no. 14, serving cheap pizzas for 7 euro and pastas for 8 to10 euro. A typically Italian fling ambiance and tasty food. You should try "cappellacci di zuca", an italian dish, it's pasta filled with pumpkin and sauced with butter, sage and parmezan.
