I know you're not in the US but this is how the hotel I wanna recommend you it's called: Florida. Before I went there I called at the reception and booked, just to be sure it's not full (the no is 063241872). The list of prices includes single (double) rooms with shared bath: 30euro (55euro) and rooms with private bath (the single ones are 50-80euro).
