will I have the luck to find a pub or bar in Rome with live jazz performences?(give a different answer) .
Though La Palma is a "multifunctional place" beeing a restaurant, a pizzeria and sometimes hosting book exhibitions, on Mondays & Fridays the place is open only for live jazz singers and listeners. La Palma (Via G. Mirri, 39) can be even a discoteque.... but that happens just on Fri and Sat.
