who knows how the Befana feast is celebrated in Rome?(give a different answer) .
even though the Befana tradition is celebrated everywhere in Italy, people of Rome have their own way of enjoying this feast. It is held every year, on January the 6th in Piazza Navona, and the streets are so packed with stalls you can hardly walk around. There is also a procession along the venue leading to the Vatican where hundreds of men dressed in medieval costumes bring symbolic gifts to the Pope.
