Da Tonino is a simple and quite modest restaurant situated at Via del Governo Vecchio 18 where I advice you to go for lunch (I don't know if breakfast is so great). You may wanna order some pastaschutta which isn't be more than 5 euros. If you don't know what to choose ask the waiter to recommend you something.
