The trattoria Alfredo e Ada is run by two Italians. But Ana is the one who does her best so that people like her food. Most of the time she comes to you and suggests what you should order... so, you'd better trust her. In general dishes contain meat... carnivorous should consider themselves lucky. The trattoria is across the river from Castel Sant'Angelo (Via dei Banchi Nuovi 14). Take some money with you cause they do not accept credit cards.
