Something you shouldn't miss in Rome: Chiesa di Sant'Agostino

Posted 1 year ago by trakker in response to avatar hamo's question: I heard that the Chiesa di Sant'Agostino from Rome has some important pieces of art. Where can i find it? (give a different answer) .

That's true... it's one of the few places that hosts works belonging to the 2 famous artists: Raphael and Caravaggio. You'll see the fresco of Isaiah by Raphael and "Madonna of the Pilgrims" by Caravaggio. The church is in Piazza di Sant'Agostino (you can take bus 87 from the Colosseum)
