I was impressed by the statue of baby Jesus we saw inside Chiesa di Santa Maria in Aracoeli. In fact, it was only the copy of the original, because that one had been stolen from the church in 1994. Why? it was very famous... made from wood brought from the garden of Gethsemane. To reach the church go to the southerneastern side of Piazza del Campidoglio.
