Some tips about Rome's Circo di Massenzio?(give a different answer) .
This arena was built by Maxentius in Ad 309 and at that time it was so big that could hold 10,000 people... during the centuries it preserved itself very good that nowdays can be seen some of the starting stalls. It's located on Via Appia Antica 153 and the ticket to enter costs 2.60euro. In summer it's open until 5pm but in winter it closes at 1pm.
