Those who have seen "Quo Vadis" movie should visit the church with the same name from Rome

Posted 1 year ago by shauli in response to avatar djdan's question: I've seen the movie "Quo Vadis" and now I heard there is a church in Rome with this name? Could you tell me more about it? (give a different answer) .

The church is called like this because this is supposed to be the place where St Peter, while trying to escape from Rome had a vision of Jesus Christ. When Peter asked Him "Domine, quo vadis?" ("Lord, where are you going?") the Lord said he had to go back to Rome to be crucified agian. In the aisle of the church there are 2 footprints belonging to God. La chiesa it's open from 7am to 7pm.
