It's unlikely that you never heard of Remus and Romulus, those two babies fed by a she-wolf. Well, the Palatine is the place where it's thought Romulus killed his brother Remus (when they grew up) and founded Rome. Now there are only ruins... the ruins of the imperial palace built b yemperor Domilitian.
