I am collecting antiques and crafts from all over the world, and as I am heading for Rome i was wondering if I can find something interesting there. Can you please tell me where can I go shopping in Rome for souvenirs and art pieces?(give a different answer) .
For arts and antiques you should walk along the streets Via Margutta, Via Ripetta, Via del Babuino and Via dei Coronari near Piazza Navona. I myself I'm quite "addicted" to jewelry, and if you're interested head for the area between Ponte Sisto and Campo de Fiori. You can find many interesting crazy stuff at Trastavere's Portas Portese flea market about 400 m southeast of Basilica di Santa Cecilia in Trastavere, it is open only from 6.30 to 2pm on Sundays and be prepare to bargain.
