Not quite every sight... it depends on the card you choose to buy. I know that for example if you buy an Appia Antica Card (which costs 6 euro and can be found at the monuments he is purchased for) you have free access for 6 days to these place: Terme di Caracalla,Tomba di Cecilia Mettela and Villa dei Quintili
