I once participated in a bike tour held by Enjoy Rome travel agency (Via Marghera 8, www.enjoyrome.com) ... a friend of mine invited me. It was summer then and as far I know these tours are seasonal, so you'd better visit the website to find out more, maybe send them an email. Their route includes Villa Borghese, Bocca della Verita and the Colosseum. Attention: you must be aged 18-35.
