Going for a picnic in Rome at Gianicole

Posted 1 year ago by shauli in response to avatar kamil's question: I think all the museums and galleries and monuments in Rome couldn't attract a child too much. something more funny? (give a different answer) .

One picnic with the family is most of the time an enjoyable thing even for kids. Gianicole is a place near the the Fontana dell'acqua Paola (go there too because there's a splendid view over the city) where you can sit down and eat. Nearby there's a theater and if you head towards Piazza di Garibaldi you'll find a mini carousel for small children.
