Sure, just 2km away from the city center, on Via Fiorentina, there's a chepie called Ostello Guidoriccio. It's tatty and most of the rooms are pitch dark, but it will only pull 16.50 euros for a dorm bed. And that includes morning meal. It's reachable by bus no.3 from Piazza Gramsci, you can even tell the driver you're looking for the ostello. But don't expect more than a neat and tidy spot, without outstanding facilities.
