A Venetian family has rooms for rent at Calle delle Sciavine. It is a kind of ancient building which they changed it into a nice "casa" for travelers; it's called "Locanda Casa Petrarca". Single rooms are 65EUR per night and double rooms around 100EUR. You've got all the facilities you need.
