Ca'Pisani has a very unique design... that's the reason why it's a top hotel in Venice. Rooms are decorated with 1940s-1950s furnishings which gives a plus of elegance. The location is also great: about 10 minutes' walk from the centre of the city-St.Mark's Square. As you said, a room can cost you some money.... from 250€ to 350€.
