There are many seafood restaurants in Venice, after all it is the typically Venetian cuisine, along with the rice and beans recipes. I go to Venice often and each time I try a new sea food restaurant in town. I can tell you that quality varies no matter the price. My favorite place is Vino Vino, a wine bar located on Calle della Veste, San Marco 2007. So there you have it: a good Italian list of 350 wines and great sea food for 10 euro a menu. Try the odd named "pasta con nero di seppia", it tastes better than it sounds.
