There are several pizza takeaway places, and my favourite is Pizza al Volo located in Campo Santa Margherita, on Dorsoduro 2944. They serve big tasty pizza slices for 1.50 euro and a whole pizza which is really gigantic, trust me, is only up to 6 euro.. The place is open for lunch and dinner.
