Venice is for sure the city of art.... so get used to see only museums and galleries. A collection of numerous works of art that I liked can be seen at Scuola Grande dei Carmini, west of Campo Santa Margherita. Upstairs there are paintings by Tiepolo. Be prepared to pay 4-5euro (a little too much though). Opening hours: 9am-6pm, Mon-Sat, 9am-4pm, Sun (in winter it closes at 4pm daily)
