The most beautiful church you'll find here is the Chiesa si San Geremia, the place that holds the body of this saint. If you we read about her life we found that she was martyred in AD304 in Syracuse. Her body was then taken to Constantinopole, but in 1204 the Venecian merchants stole it and brought it here. I don't know if thats' a good or bad things... perhaps it's good for those visiting Venice. Location: Campo San Geremia 274; open daily
